Gravitas is an AI speech coach for iOS. If you have a question, hit a problem, or want to share feedback, get in touch, a real person reads every message.

We usually reply within 1-2 business days. To help us help you faster, include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened.

Subscriptions & billing

Gravitas Pro is billed through the Apple App Store, we never process payments or see your payment details. To view, change, or cancel a subscription, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Manage your data

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the app, which permanently removes your data from our servers. Your speech recordings are processed only to generate coaching feedback and are not retained on our servers after analysis. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Microphone access

Gravitas records only when you tap record, there is no background or always-on listening. You can grant or revoke microphone access in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone.
